We take into account the first 'big why' a company contacted us.
It is an internal conflict that appeared among board members, or maybe a collective desire to upgrade their thinking so the company can develop faster. The reasons are various and are, most of the time, private matters.
First, we discuss a 'Why question', and then we go to a conclusion if you need such support and help and for how long, so this service is really customised for your sensitive needs.

What do we propose?
Support for boards and high management is a very sensitive matter, so it's only discussed through the first meeting on mutual agreement.
We have a strong focus on mental clarity, decision-making,
high-performance habits, and identity expansion, sometimes a guest coach is invited as well for one or two meetings at no charge.
Often, this support stays long-term, where we focus on working with each board member, as an individual or a whole group.
