Patricia walks her talk - and that’s what makes her different.

She was once shy, quiet, and unsure of her place in the world. Today, she’s a high-energy woman with natural charm, deep confidence, and a powerful presence.

With 6+ years in marketing and branding, she’s worked across Europe and North America from fast-paced startups to coaching executives at a British bank and helping U.S. founders and their teams create a life with work-life balance.

Her journey also weaves through the creative world. She’s worked with The Numa Network in Canada and once thrived as a model and talent scout. Patricia is also an artist - she’s a multi-instrumentalist, works regularly with a voice coach, and is building her own artistic path alongside her coaching business.

She studied Media & Marketing in the UK, then in Positive Psychology & Coaching in London, blending neuroscience with the human touch.

Behind the scenes: She's the most proud of her family and the powerful, loving bond she shares with her life partner. It’s one of the most beautiful parts of her story, and a constant reminder that transformation is never just about the self. It’s about love and connection with others.

Catherine's a queen of change - she acts here and now with no excuses.

She perfectly knows what it takes to build a winning mindset. She experienced firsthand all ups and downs that are part and parcel of any mental transformation. All by herself, she overcame self-doubt, blame, overanalysis, lack of boundaries, or fear of voicing her opinion. She transformed herself from a low self-esteem victim into a naturally self-confident, resilient woman who holds her own high standards and lives true to them.

She has worked and studied in 4 different countries. She has visitied over 30 countries broading her horizons. She holds MA in Business Communication and she has devoted a great part of her career to people: coaching, mentoring, teaching and managing them especially on soft skills such as communication, mindset, and problem-solving, which uplifts their career, learning, and private life.

Making deep connections with her friends and familiy is something she puts as a priority in her life. As she freed herself from toxic relationships, she believes in quality over quantity and the importance of being surrounded by authentic people with good intentions.

As a deeply expressive person, she cultivates a passion for art especially acting, painting, and writing. She used to play in a theatre, TV programs, and movies. Also, together with Patricia they created a project for which they formed a group of aspiring poets and writers to support mentally their creative journey.

As an adult, she followed her childhood dream of riding horses. Regardless of fears, she become an advanced rider and she learnt how to properly take care of horses and she even managed a small stable for some time. But what she is the most proud of is her impressive ability to build a sincere, non-verbal almost spiritual connection with horses.
